　　世界赛押注简介：

　　Essentially built upon a series of international agreements signed between 1960s and 1980s, for most of its existence, international space law has gained renewed traction more recently, particularly with an increase in private actors' participation in space activities since the turn of the century.

　　The lecture will first provide an overview of international space law, focusing on its sources, development, and contemporary discussions. After setting the (legal) scene, it will focus on questions such as property rights in space, the legal regime(s) applicable to commercial and exploration activities beyond Earth, and recent legal and policy initiatives spearheaded by states, such as permanent bases on celestial objects and plans to commercially exploit the Moon and asteroids.

　　嘉宾介绍：

　　Dr. Güne? ?nüvar is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute in Luxembourg, and a Counsel on International Space Law and Policy at Alpha Persei DAO. He obtained his PhD from the University of Copenhagen on international investment law. His research interests include international economic law, international investment law and dispute settlement, as well as international space law.
